About the Plates & Plans.

I built this for me, first. I was tired of meal planning feeling like a part-time job. Recipe browsing on Sundays, sticky notes on the fridge, half a courgette in the bin every Friday. There had to be something better.

So we made it. Plates & Plans is the app I wanted: tell it what you like, what you'd never touch, and how much time you've got. It hands you a week of dinners, a sensible shopping list, and a pantry that quietly keeps up.

Calorie trackers tell you what you ate yesterday. Plates & Plans tells you what to cook tonight: recipes, shopping list, pantry. The macros come along for the ride. You're not punching in barcodes for 20 minutes a day.
